Is Gacha Neon Game shutting down
When it comes to online games that require to be constantly updated and upgraded, having certainty for the future is more important than you can even imagine. And with that, we don’t mean to say that we need to know exactly what’s going to happen in the future with the game itself, but rather have a certainty that the game is going to actually be there.
As of today, we have two major uncertainties regarding Gacha Neon: firstly, will they release new content after this year or will they just keep updating the existing one? Secondly, when do we think Gacha Neon will shut down? Will they close it forever at some point? Or will they continue to update it until 2023 as planned?
Let us start by saying that we understand why everyone is worried about these things. In fact, we are too! However, considering how well they’ve managed Gacha Neon so far, we feel confident enough that they won’t let go of it just like that. We think that if any time has come when they’re planning on shutting down Gacha Neon, then they would have done that already by now. So our answer here is simple: no, Gacha Neon isn’t shutting down anytime soon.
Now, the second part of your questions is a bit harder to answer. There is no way to know with absolute certainty when Gacha Neon will shut down. As much as we want to believe that it will last for many years, everything depends on how well they perform from now on. That being said, we think that Gacha Neon will not close before 2023. They would have shut down the game by now if they were planning on closing it. But since they have been doing such great work so far, we’re sure that they will continue to do so for years to come.
If anything maybe they’d be doing something like what happened to games like Overwatch recently. And no, we’re not talking about releasing a sequel that came with more trouble than benefits, but something similar in terms of an upgrade. You see, what they launched as Overwatch 2 would hardly qualify as a sequel in the modern gaming world. But we have to consider that they also made the game free to play and changed some of the gameplay mechanics. But at the same time, since the game is pretty much the same still, you maintain all the data you had back then.
So yes, there is a possibility that they will do something like this with Gacha Neon. If they decided to retire the old version of Gacha Neon after introducing new features into it. It’s hard to tell, though, because their main goal right now is to make the game more popular. And with that they could easily change the entire gameplay experience, making it more like a new game. But once again, as far as we are concerned, Gacha Neon isn’t shutting down anytime soon.
